Our Leadership
Bhavana Srivastava
Founder & Director
Bhavana is a seasoned banker with 25+ years of experience. She leads FinValue’s strategy, alliances, and partnerships while overseeing the executive team. Under her leadership, FinValue has attracted a pool of high-caliber skilled talent and credible partners along with executing high-value projects across the Pacific, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Her portfolio includes gender, financial inclusion, digital financial services, climate finance, and MSME finance among others. Currently, she serves on the board of Prayas Financial Services as Independent Director. Previously, she held leadership positions at a global consulting firm and India’s small industries development bank.
Raj Vikash Verma
Advisor
(Former Executive Chairman & MD: National Housing Bank; Former Officiating Chairman: Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority)
An industry veteran, Raj Vikash Verma guides FinValue’s management team on business strategy. He brings over 40 years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in the fields of mortgage finance, micro and affordable housing finance. In the course of his career, he has undertaken several initiatives, particularly in the fields of low-income & affordable housing; and old-age pension schemes for the low-income and informal sector, securitization, & the launch of Mortgage Guarantee in India.

Ishita has experience in gender-focused financial inclusion, MSME finance, and disaster risk financing. She provides end-to-end client support, including behavioural research, landscape studies, product and process development, digital transformation, government programme implementation, strategic business planning, and institutional capacity building.
Garima Singh
Head: Knowledge Management & Communications
Garima uses the power of communication, collaboration, and creativity to establish thought leadership, credibility, and support for this women-led advisory. She has a background in strategic communication, media research, and journalism.
Her work focuses on conducting qualitative research, documenting organizational and development program successes, devising advocacy and behavior change campaigns, creating spaces for dialogue, forging alliances, brokering knowledge partnerships, and monitoring the impact of communication interventions.
Pooja Chaurasia
Sr. Consultant: Business Strategy & Project Management
Pooja brings over 14 years of extensive experience in business strategy, process re-engineering, partnership development, client engagement, project management, and team leadership, particularly in digital financial inclusion, gender issues, the postal sector, and inclusive finance. She has successfully managed long-term projects in collaboration with multilateral donors, private institutions, and funders within the development sector. Pooja is dedicated to assisting organizations in crafting impactful business strategies that benefit unserved and underserved populations in low- and middle-income countries.

Aashraya Sharma
Senior Analyst
Aashraya has a robust skillset in consulting, finance, report writing, survey design, and research. She brings experience across thematic areas like inclusive finance, digital financial services and gender equity and has worked on an array of projects funded by the ILO, IFC, and other development agencies. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in rural development complemented by a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Ayonika Bhattacharya
Associate
Ayonika Bhattacharya holds an MBA in Urban Management and Governance from XIM University, Bhubaneswar, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration (Artificial Intelligence) from Amity University, Noida. Her interests include urban development, sustainability, and data-driven governance, and she has experience in urban mobility, real estate research, and social sector initiatives. She has interning experience with the Directorate of Urban Transport, Lucknow, and real estate firm Colliers in operations and market research. She has also worked with the non profit, Achal Welfare Foundation.
Aditi Rastogi
Associate
Aditi is an associate with a focus on data analysis, market research and project management with expertise in geospatial intelligence and data-driven decision-making. She has previously worked as a Project Scientist at the Remote Sensing Applications Centre, U.P., contributing to creating master plans and databases for government departments. She has also worked with U.P. Jal Nigam on water quality analysis as well as GIS and Remote Sensing focused environmental projects. Aditi holds a Master of Business Administration from Manipal University, Jaipur, along with a master’s degree in Geoinformatics and a bachelor’s degree in English and Geography. Her keen interest lies in applying analytical and business intelligence approaches to solve real-world problems. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

Jyothsna is an Associate with a focus on market research, strategic analysis, and development finance. She brings a strong understanding of rural financial ecosystems, underserved market dynamics, and inclusive finance, with experience spanning value chain assessment, risk analysis, and go-to-market strategy. Her work is grounded in translating complex, ground-level realities into actionable intelligence for high-impact advisory mandates. She brings both analytical rigour and strategic clarity to every engagement, with expertise in data analytics and project management. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from ICAR NAARM.

Neelansh is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients. He works closely with the company’s clients assisting them with achieving their management goals. Currently, he is pursuing a Chartered Accountancy course at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the National P. G. College, Lucknow
